| Pros: | When used at night like the bottle says, as a mask, not a spot treatment, I definitely see a difference the next morning. It helps with the redness and severity of the acne. |
| Cons: | Doesn't clear it all up in one use like the commercial says, but still works great when used over time. Smells bad, but it's tolerable. Bottle is too small for the price. |
| Bottom Line: | Pricey for such a small bottle. Works well, but not instantly. If used like the directions say, you won't have a problem. Make sure you're not allergic to sulfur before you use it. Try it on a little spot on your face if it's your first time, just to make sure. I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide so I can't use the other ProActive products (I get red and itchy skin), but this Refining Mask works great for me!! I don't experience any dryness or itchiness. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean. Although the smell lingers for a while. But that doesn't bother me.
Also, I can buy it on it's own at our mall in one of those little ProActive kiosks and I've seen them at other malls as well. So for those of you who say you wish you could buy it on its own, you might want to check your mall to see if you actually can! |

| Pros: | Lessens the swelling and redness of pimples. Makes my skin feel soft after. |
| Cons: | Smells bad and my skin is a little to dry after. It is too expensive for such a small bottle. |
| Bottom Line: | It works great and I have seen nothing like it. I use to just put toothpaste on my face at night, but this is way better. Everyone should use it. Since it is so expensive and such a small bottle I only use it about 3 times a week. This product is great!!! |

| Pros: | It dries up acne really fast, I use it as a mask and spot treatment. My skin LOOKS and FEELS as if you were to touch a 6 year olds face. |
| Cons: | It smells weird, it's a super long process about 3-5 minutse to wash it off. If you don't put lotion on right after drying your face gets really dry. |

| Bottom Line: | This product works better than anything I have tried. I do not like any of the other proactive products but I thought I would give this a try and I literally woke up with a different face. I have been having a really bad reaction with the most horrible break-out of my life from Clinque products and I have been trying everything to get rid of it from green tea, tea tree oil, nutrogena scrub and face wash and nothing was working until I used this mask. If you want actual results and quickly, this is the product. Just make sure you are not allergic to sulfer, which is what makes this product so effective. I ran out of the proactive so I did buy Queen Annes Masque because it also has sulfer, hopefully it will be just as good. |
