I made this part of the site to share the many letters from people who have had great success with the Regimen over the years.

Some people have asked if I ever get letters from people who were unsuccessful. The answer is yes, but I find that they are usually not following the Regimen precisely. Once we get them on the Regimen, they will usually clear up nicely.

“Hi Dan~ I would like to say rhat I had so many problems with acne ever since I had my son almost 3 years ago. I went to dermatologists and have been treated for it many times, but with no long term results. I have taken so much Tetracycline alone I am curious what it may have done to my liver. And within 2 weeks after finishing treatment (usually 10 weeks of tetracycline and prescription cream) my face would break out even worse than before. One doctor told me You will just have to deal with this problem the rest of your life . And I thought to myself Why should I have to live with this?! That's insane!! I never had pimples as a teen. Maybe an occassional one but that's it. Then I came across your website about 3 weeks ago. I figured what have I got to lose. “Thank you Dan! You see, I've never had terribly bad acne - just a patch of acne here, a little patch there. Still though it bothered me a lot and has given me a lot of self esteem issues throughout the years. Nothing I had tried had ever seemed to really phase the acne. My name is Alexander Sutherland, I am 16 years old, and I have

suffered from mild to moderate acne since I was about 12. I tried

numerous products to make the white heads and black heads go away, but

“I've been using your regimen for about 3 years now, and it has worked all along. I'm 48 years old, and my skin problem had really gotten bad starting at about 35 or so. The dermatologist said it was adult acne and that it might go on into my 70's! I had been on doxycycline 1,000 mg and Retin-A cream, and was still having breakouts. Thank you so much for letting me get off the antibiotics, which were making me short of breath when I exercised. Before that, I had used glycolic acid, which like the doxycycline had worked for awhile and then stopped working. I had also tried dietary changes - dramatic improvement when I started eating several servings of soy a day, but once again in a few months my acne was back as bad as ever. Someone told me to give up all milk products; that had no effect at all. Your regimen is the only one that has worked so well for so long.
