Most definetly give it a try
Hey guys, My name is diamond and im 13 and i have very bad acne all over my face. Not so bad on my forehead but on my cheeks, jaw line. It isnt very bad , but to me it is bad. Acne lowers my self esteem at times. And it makes me very frustrated because nothings works. I looked high and low on the internet, and i have tryed many things but it never works, I use all products as such as Noxzema, Bioré , Olay products , St ives many things and home remedies but NOTHING works. My acne treatment routine is usally wash my face , Cleanse with noxzema and probably try some acne removal products. Not too long ago i started using Bioré (Charcoal one) I saw change but not too much. Remind you. I have lots of small bumps. I never really had huge pimples.. they come once in a blue moon. Recently my sister told me about Apple Cidar Vinegar and i tried it. I saw a difference in my acne INSTANTLY. Although if you dont mix it with water it may start to make your face itch..and it has a smell too but its ok. I recommend if you try this Mix it with watet and shake it up because it may make your face itchy. Im so glad i found out about this. I promise myself i will use it everyday. Hopefully my mom gets me a dermetologist soon. I totally think everyone struggling with acne should try this. It made my bumps smaller and all..its amazing i love it! TRY IT TRY IT TRYYY IT!! And to all the people struggling with acne..May god help get through this i hope one day you may no longer suffer from this you are beautiful with acne or with out it. Be confident. God made us all a certain way. Learn to accept and love yourself. Because you are beautiful no matter what. ❤

Recovering from oil cleansing; this saved my skin!
I never write reviews but this one I had to! I have always struggled with cystic acne and dry skin. I am on the pill, which no longer works to keep my skin clear, and I have tried everything out there. For a while, a gentle cleanser and jojoba oil to moisturize was keeping me fairly clear (I've found my skin doesn't like BP or salicylic acid) so I try and stick with a simple skincare routine. However, out of the blue I started breaking out like crazy again; chin, cheeks, forehead, everywhere (mostly cystic pimples) but also regular spots and also a rash like acne on my cheeks by my nose (seems like eczema or something, not sure); either way my skin just seemed super congested. (I also do not eat dairy aside from cheese every now and then, and I'm vegetarian for diet reference). So I decided after lots of research to start oil cleansing with coconut oil, and let me tell you my skin was AMAZING and perfectly clear doing this the first week! My skin cleared up super fast, it was hydrated (finally), glowing, my fine lines were diminished; I thought I had found my HG product. Until....I broke out even WORSE. My skin got so incredibly bad that I was just in shock. I broke out in even more cysts (under the skin that you couldn't see) and normal breakouts, but ALSO, with tiny tiny bumps all over my face which I have never experienced before. I've never had a texture issue ever, until now. I also had what felt like huge cysts or welts forming under the skin on my forehead; spots so giant and uncomfortable I was scared to see how worse they would get. I was so uncomfortable and also itchy! My skin was ITCHY and not from dryness! I have no clue what was going on, but I figure that the coconut oil (it was pure, unrefined, cold pressed, organic) had just wrecked my skin and set off a reaction. So trying everything in my arsenal for a week: BP 3%, cerave cleanser, ponds cold cream cleanser (had saved me in the past), my jojoba oil, EVERYTHING I had, and nothing was working. It wasn't just the cysts that were bothering me, but the itching was driving me crazy! I was at my wits end so I ordered the acne.org system + the AHA. I haven't received it yet, but I knew I needed something to help clear it up or try because I was miserable. After ordering the kit I thought "I don't even want to use BP so idk what I'm going to do"; like I said, my skin doesn't like it. So I started a simple 3 step system and in 2 days all of my big bumps are gone, aside from one that is still healing, and all of my small textured bumps are almost gone as well, including the rash around my nose/cheek area which hadn't improved with anything else, and I'm not dry! So here's what I'm doing: -Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser AM/PM -Bragg's ACV with the mother & water mixed: as a toner AM/PM -Cerave Moisturizing Lotion AM/PM and that's it!!! The ACV has been a life saver for me! I cannot believe the discomfort is gone and all of my spots! The gentle cleanser and moisturizer I think is all my skin needs as it doesn't like complicated. So I'm going to use the acne.org cleanser & moisturizer when it comes to replace my cerave, and stick with the toner! I know it won't work for everyone, but ACV is $5 and it can't hurt to try! I would go with the Bragg's though, I've read it's the best because it has "the mother", and I would agree that it's your safest bet since it's all organic! I just joined the community even though I've been a long time lurker, and plan on posting before and after pics of my just 2 days on this regimen for reference so if you're curious as to what my skin was doing and want to see the afters, follow my profile, they should be up soon!

Amazing!!
Let me begin by saying i'm 22 years old and have suffered from acne since I was 12. The only thing that has ever cleared my acne was accutane. However 3 years after taking accutane my skin began breaking out again. I tried every face wash, every medication, every topical gel, and I saw little or no result. I heard about this apple cider vinegar and decided to give it a shot. Every night for the past 2 weeks I dipped a cotton ball in it and rubbed it all over the affected areas. Today being the 14th day my skin is seriously 98% clear. I am shocked. Besides accutane i've never seen results like this, this fast. I highly recommend this to anyone with acne. I wish there were more easily accessible clinical trials for using apple cider vinegar to treat acne so I could better understand why it's working so fast. I also don't understand how it hasn't dried my face out I have normal/dry skin but no matter how much I put on I have never received burns or excessive dryness. Anyways, i'm blown away.

At long last...
Yo what up? Same back story as most. 21 year old male started breaking out profusely when I turned 21 with moderate/borderline severe acne. Depression, loathing, desperation... breakout, attack of the puss, worsened state, repeat. Most face washes simply do not work; drying agents, chemicals, etc. Some might, but the results are short lived. DO NOT put anything on your face that you cannot ingest. After a year and a half of trial and error, my regime is as follows: Wake up and have a green tea with freshly squeezed lemon, a few spanks of turmeric and ACV with raw honey for taste (doesn't help much, to be honest) Shower without washing my face. If I do have a surfaced pimple I will bring a cotton pad into the shower with me. The heat and moisture will soften up the atrocity and I massage it gently as if I were caressing a breast; it will usually wipe away gracefully. After showering I use 70% ACV and 30% water - this solution works for me - that's all. I do this after work as well. 2-3 times a week I will add lemon into the equation in the evening. (Do not go outside with lemon on your face, the sun will make you pay) Once every two weeks I will use a derma-roller on my lingering pigmentations, followed by applying raw honey. It's worth it to say that I also now use a probiotic and supplement with fish oil. Balancing your gut flora and gaining an Alkaline PH is a key factor, if not the only factor in defeating this plague... avoid foods that cause inflammation. I drink 4L of water/day. My pores have shrunk and tightened, the blackheads fall out on their own, it's really quite beautiful. The discolouration is lessening. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer. To fellow sufferers, don't give up... there is a solution out there waiting for your discovery. Brighter days are ahead, I promise.

Pros:

-Easy to use
-Very Very Effective
-Practically acne free!

Cons:

-Taste (but it is really easy to get used to)
- Nothing else I can think of other than the burn I get occassionally

Best thing i have used to clear my acne in a long long time! I am however using in combination with Retin A topically. Cut dairy out of diet which helps tremendously along with cutting caffeine down to reduce hormonal break outs and over oiliness of my skin. I have nothing but great things to say about the ACV (with the Mother) that Braggs makes. I only buy it organic and will not buy any other brand.. Just make sure not to take it straight for it is bad for your stomach and your teeth enamel due to how acidic the drink is. So be careful! I am currently taking 2 tbs. total a day dilluted in around 8 to 12 oz. of water (1 tbs. in the morning and 1 tbs. in the evening). You really cannot find a better acne product on the market to take internally (I have taken Accutane orally around 2 years ago) combined with taking Fish Oil, Zinc (in the am), and using Retin a in the evening. I have been using ACV for around 2 months now and my face just keeps getting better and better.

This along others worked for me!
I'm writing this 2 months after trying out ACV as a topical and combined with zinc pills and vitamin A. Finally, my skin is very close to pimple free. I had hormonal acne so my jawline and chin were constantly breaking out. Here's what I did. Gluten free diet Dairy free diet Soy free diet Very low sugar intake 1 5,000IU vitamin A pill with every meal (3x total a day 1 Zinc Pincolate 22mg Pill after breakfast and lunch. (2x total a day Apple cider vinegar as a toner morning and night when I get out of the shower. I am so happy with the results! If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them because I know what you're going through! It may seem hard at first and I did slip up a few times but getting a new pimple(s) every time made me regret it! I bought the Solgar Branded pills if anyone wants to know which pills I used.

Great, Works better than acne products
I've had acne since 5th grade around 12y/0 I'm 16 in the 10th now and I've tried lots of different acne products. Black Soap, Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Clearasil you name it ! My Acne is pretty inflamed and sensitive.... mostly Reds bumps that hang out for a week disappear and come back somewhere else ugh... My Aunt told me about this Vinegar so I decided to try it... I figured it couldn't hurt. The first night I washed my face with simple white soap and then applied the vinegar on my entire face it dried and I left it and went to bed.... when I woke up not only was my skin soft it wasn't oily... the redness was way down, my acne scars had lighten, even some bumbs shrunk !!!! I'm on day 4 and each day my face improves and so does my happiness... if you've tried anything and it hasn't worked this is your best bet Honestly cheap, very effective, last a while. Brace your self for the smell lol, it is vinegar after all. Also, I'm African American, my skin is light, and its sensitive. This product is great for all skins from my knowledge .

Pros:

super cheap!
available in most stores
simple yet affective
easy to consume

Cons:

the taste isn't very pleasing

i have never in my entire years of battling with acne have found anything as effective as ACV or apple cider vinegar drink. i have been taking it for a few weeks now and I can tell you that I have had no breakouts since! Super elated for the miraculous results obtained!! Still on my first bottle which I brought from a local Tesco hypermarket. Will not stop drinking this! :) Here's what I usually do: Pour a liitle bit of ACV into the bottle cap Pour it into a glass and add any choice of other stuff (e.g: honey, fruit juice) just to get the taste better.. Mix it and voila!!! Gulp it down with lots of plain water.. Trust me on this people!!! It works!

Toner
I've been using this for about 2 weeks. I dilute the vinegar 1:1 with water and use it as a toner after I wash my face. It leaves your face a little dry/smooth and obviously it smells pretty strongly (I find it goes away after a while,it might just be me adjusting). I've ALWAYS had texture on my nose and this has made it completely smooth. As for my acne, it's definitely improved. I 100% recommend this to everyone

Works even for me!!!
I told myself that if I started seeing dramatic results after a month of using this product that I would write a review. So here it is, this product is amazing!!! I have had horrible acne my entire life and I would spend all kinds of time and money to attempt to fix this problem and nothing seemed to work. Growing up I went through many different stages of acne from small pimples as a young child to cystic acne as an adult. I am very active and I enjoy training as an athlete. After the purging faze of using this product I started receiving compliments from family and friends on how much I started glowing. And my skin has found a nice even balance! I still get some acne here and there but its hardly noticeable and it goes away quickly rather than sticking around like it used to. If you struggle with acne and are patient then this product is well worth your time. My regimen is eating healthy, wash my face after working out, when I shower I use a cetaphil bar of soap only, after every shower or face wash I use 50/50 of water and apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and dab it all over my face and other problem areas, also I put about 2 tablespoons in a 500 mL bottle of water and drink one for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very simple and easy to use!!! I hope this review helps those in need.
