I second the oats suggestion. Cereal could be causing your acne just as much as the milk. Oats are a much safer bet, more nutritious, and (in my opinion) taste better + leave you feeling full longer.
Also, milk replacements such as almond milk are filled with emulsifiers and stabilizers such as carrageenan and guar gum. These can cause intestinal irritation and can contribute to skin problems. I would avoid them and if need be, just drink real milk instead.
