Does anyone know what teas help get rid of acne?

Different herbal teas can have a different effect on your body, there's not one tea that will have a universal benefit.
If you suspect your acne is hormonal, saw palmetto, agnus castus, red and yellow clove and peppermint can help hormone imbalances.
Teas like burdock, nettle, dandelion root and milk thistle can help cleanse the liver of toxins, the liver plays an important part in allmetabolic processes so anoverworked liver has the potentialto produce adverse effects on your skin.
Ginger tea, and tumeric tea will help with inflammation both inside the body and the skin.

Definitely get loose leave tea if you can and make sure you can actually physically see the leaves etc in the bags if you opt for bags.
I suggest going to a health tea shop and asking the assistant to help you pick a blend with perhaps some of those I mentioned above.
I drink many of those herbal teas and find they really help my skin!!

^ Yes. And chamomile and other teas that help you relax & sleep.

I would make ginger and/or turmeric tea a habit. Since good chamomile has a strong sweet apple flavor that I don't like, I like to add a slice of ginger. You could also add a clove. Clove is strongly anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial. Good for oral health. Chamomile supposedly alkalinizes your mouth which is good. So clove & chamomile makes a good bedtime tea for oral health. Just buy whole cloves from the spice section/store. Ginger from the produce section of the supermarket.

I mix nettle in with my green tea in the morning. Nettle is high in minerals. It tastes mineral-ly. I used to make peppermint tea a lot, but am out of that habit. Since it's just dried mint leaves, it can be found really cheap as an herb from many sources way cheaper than 'tea.'. Like a Greek/middle eastern food store. One near me sells a huge 2 pound bag for like $5, And bulk herb & spice stores or sections in supermarkets may also have it super cheap. Get a mesh tea ball to use loose tea.

Hibiscus tea is also very beneficial and as it's tart, it makes a great substitute for juice. I make it weak and don't sweeten it. I buy it cheap from markets that cater to hispanics or people from the Caribbean. It's a major component of Republic of Tea's Get Georgeous tea, which also has mint.

I have been drinking about 4 to 5 cups of Rooibos tea with a half a tablespoon of honey a day and it has worked wonders for my face.

I second rooibos...it's not called a healing tea for nothing ;) Also, white tea is good, but rooiboos is caffeine free so you can drink more of it.

I've tried the teas mentioned in this thread and none of them worked for acne, so none.

Green tea works. Don't drink it, put it on your face.

It doesn't work for real acne (like cystic acne). It probably only works for people that have one or two pimples but claim they "suffer" from acne.

Okay, yeah probably. Sorry I couldn't help.

I would avoid too much green tea if I were you. Its impact on hormones is ambiguous, with some reports saying it can help lower testosterone, and others saying it increases it.

Stick with safe teas like rooiboos

Fennel tea, lemon balm tea, olive leaf tea, nettle tea, passiflora tea andgreen tea have always been good for my skin. They reduce the inflamation and itchy feeling.
