The acne.org BP is a lot more gentle than other BP products. Read the description in detail here: http://www.danielkern.com/product-p/treatment-8.htm

What is the percentage of the BP you use? It will largely depend on that

It was 2.5%, this was a prescripted BP so i think it had other strong chemicals in it that may be why. Most 2.5% non-presripted store BP should be fine if i use a lot like Dan does?

Dan actually recommends building up to that amount you've seen in the video over the course of months, that is not the amount you would be using when you start on BP

2.5% is the weakest preparation you can get, what is the name of the product? Unless it states on the packaging that it has other active ingredients other than BP, it doesn't have anything else in it.

It had another active ingredient called Adapalene (product is called Epiduo). I've changed to a over-the-counter product which is just basic BP.

I don't understand why you've switched from Epiduo to plain BP? Was it not working? But yes, you should've only applied a very thin layer of Epiduo if you were using it
