I bought "Clean and Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser," as well as the "Deep Action Exfoliating Scrub" and "Blackhead Eraser Scrub." I was just looking for some suggestions and tips on how I could use these and how I should manage out usage between each, and what time in morning/night, etc. Also, the ingredients used in it, if its not too much of a hassle for anyone.
There's really isn't all that much difference between them. The Deep Action Cream Cleanser uses cream/oil mixtures to clear oil from the pores (like attracts like, which is why cream cleansers can be effective on oily skin). The two others both use a small amount of salicylic acid.
I'm using the clean & clear Advantage continuous control acne cleanser and it's helped me a lot, I would say I have moderate acne.
You would cleanse twice a day morning, after you wake up, and night, usually when I get home from work/school. Usually, you should only exfoliate/scrub once or twice a week. You could alternate between the 2 every 3 days or so. With anything that goes on your face, you should be gentle, ie don't put lots of pressure on your face when using the products because it can become dry and irritated.
If your skin is tight or dry/flaky, moisturing will help.
