Hi everyone!

I'm eighteen years old and pretty acne-prone. I've usually had a sprinkling of acne on my back but not a ton. The past month or so, it got way worse. Do yall have any ideas why this would be? Some factors that have changed...I've recently stopped taking my acne antibiotic because my face is looking better. I have light acne in my face now but not severe. Also its been cold so I got a heated blanket. I know that sounds weird but it may have an effect.

Also, how can I treat this stuff fairly fast? What works for you?

Thank you so much!!!!!!!smile.png

You need some probiotics. After taking antibiotics our bodies are mostly depleted of beneficial bacteria.

Go to whole foods and buy some probiotic supplements. They have a great selection and the ones you want are in a refrigerator section around the vitamin isle. Don't buy non refrigerated probiotics because they're crap.

You can also go any grocery store and buy some Dannon Activia! I like the vanilla one 🙂 after a couple of weeks of using probiotics you'll notice a change in your skin. It might be drastic or it might be minimal buy you'll notice a difference.
