I recommend Neutrogena Oil-Free Cream Cleanser with 2% salicyclic acid...it's acne-friendly, noncomedogenic and derm rec'd...we were using this for awhile as a face cleanser until we switched to the Reg products but still use for my son's back as he is just starting to get some noninflamed acne here as well as the odd zit...seems like it's helping. Thanks for your reply yes I will try neutrogena sucks I never used to have back acne issues till I became a picker and started scratching my skin:( then it became problem I got control of my anxiety but not my breakouts:( hope it clears.
