Some people think if maybe have leaky gut or no, butcant know for sure, cant affirm 100% for sure. The only symptom is fungal acne and fungal folliculitis appearing onthe body, face, neck, chest, belly, back, arms and legs aftereat wheat, white sugar, dairy, industrialized foods, canned foods, coffee, white rice, brown rice, beans, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, quinoa, fruits, breads, ice cream, yakisoba. About these foods: if small amounts are eated, dont appear dermatitis on the body. If great amounts, appear dermatitis on the body. There are not fatigue, diarrhea, stomach with pain, or other symptoms. This skin problem started after continuous dailyuse ofibuprofen for some months. The dermatologist said: is only acne, isnt leaky gut, isnt candida. In your opinion, is this leaky gut caused by continued daily use of ibuprofen? Is candida or malassezia infection on the body and skin caused by great amount of sugar? What is it?

Dermatologists do not understand about candida and malasezzia causing skin problems. Ibuprofen might cause fungal oubreaks, because ibuprofen modulates one's immune system, which could alw te candida or malaezzia to flourish.

Are absolutely certain that you have not taken antibiotics recently ?

Do you have a white tongue or dandruff?

If you have a white tongue or dandruff, then you most likely have candida or malasezzia (which can be treated with topical antifungal creams). Eating sugar will exacerbate candida and malasezzia, but will not necessarily cause outbreaks of these fungi.

The usual cause of skin candida and malasezzia is taking antibiotics (or birth control pills, but I assume that you are male ?).

Do NOT eat gluten (wheat flour) as this can exacerbate candida and malasezzia. avoid sugar, inflammatory foods, dairy, yeast, and preservatives. You cannot control candida and malasezzia with diet, but some foods will make these conditions worse.

Get back to me with answers to the questions about white tongue and dandruff, if you want advice about how to control skin fungal conditions with topical antifungals.
