Looking for any shampoo...store or salon

that won't add to my acne problem.

Is there a product that you have tired that

doesn't make you break out...or one that someone

could recommend that is better for someone with

acne/oily prone skin??

Thanks!!!

i really like any shampoos with tea tree oil in them because it really eliminates all the oil in your scalp without drying. personally, i use kiehls tee tree shampoo, which you can find at nordstroms, saks fifth avenue, or any high end dept store. www.kiehls.com its expensive but you only need a dime size amount to get a really great lather and it lasts forever. it doesnt have all that fragrance in it either, which is good. you can usually get a sample from the counter if you ask. good luck!

My dermatologist recommends either Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo or Nizoral shampoo. I alternate the two every night. Nizoral is expensive (about 15 bucks), but gets rid of dandruff if that's a problem for you. And Suave is cheap and very gentle and natural, so it won't cause acne.

I saw an esthetician who told me to completely get rid of any shampoos or make up products I own that contain mineral oil. This info has really helped me out because even makeup that says it is oil-free still has it sometimes(cover girl is the worst). It also goes by another scientific name that they put on the ingredients called liquidum parrafinium or something like that. Check the ingredients on you both your shampoo and conditioner. Once I got rid of mineral oil in my shampoo I stopped getting "bacne" and hairline breakouts, but you have got to get it out of everything!!
