If you're willing to splurge a bit... Shesiedo Oil-Free Mattifying Moisturizer works wonders for me. It's about $36 for 4 oz, but I apply 2 pumps/use 2x/day, and after 5 weeks I'm only through half the bottle. The texture is more like a serum that glides over my skin, and dries within a minute. It's marketed as non-comedeogenic and I believe this to be true from personal experience. I have very sensitive skin, so any allergens tend to aggravate my skin. This moisturizer has never caused me ANY problems. It is oil-free, so if you have any dry skin I wouldn't recommend this for you. You can actually feel the powder particles if you rub your fingers together, but thankfully it just dries out my combination/oily skin.
For the days that my skin needs an extra boost of moisture, mainly because of my topical medications, I use Clinique Dramatically Different Serum. Only as a last resort, because honestly I don't trust that brand of cosmetic facial care. Just my two cents
