Scars And Red,whatever(What Do You Recommend?)

Hello ppl ,,

I would like to know if you could help me out. I am looking for the solution for this.. I've done fractional laser, but with no results on those deep scars. So, If you may recommend something to me ,and it would be best if you recommend me a medic for those deep scars in Europe . I think we call those boxcar scars or whatever... I also have redness its something i dont understand

it doesnt look that bad at all in the pics you can start out by getting a good chemical peel for the redness and to even it out a bit like a tca peel or you could do an ipl for the redness as well. i wouldnt do anything too crazy at all though its not bad.
