You need subcision plus filler for that one spot. Most doctors will want the acne to be under control so be prepared that they will push that before treatment. You can read more about subcision and filler in my below signature, in the official faq.

Does my scars seem too severe to you people? I meam do i have hope etc..

I have seen scars 10X worse needing help on this boards, this is minor leagues, I couldn't even see it till the last picture. The acne is more concerning than the actual "scar." We are our own worst critics, no one else cares, even stars have photo shop done constantly.

Haha ty, but I still sometimes wish this acne shit would of never happened, but it did so I guess it is what it is too tired to even fix the scars i guess and just live with it.
