How severe are my scars and what would be the most effective way to treat them? Could I just do tca cross/peels at home? I did dermastamping at home with copper peptides a few years ago on my cheeks which I don't believe helped at all. If anything, it might have left a bunch of tiny ice pick type scars. I didn't take before and after pics, so I'm not sure.
I know I have a lot of ice picks, box cars and some rolling scars. There are two large areas on both sides of my face that seem to be sunken in, which I'm circling in red. It's more prominent on the right side. It seems like this is fat loss and would require subcision /filler? The temple area on my right side has mostly rolling scars it seems, what would be best to treat those? In addition to my scars, there is some really rough texture/wrinkles under my eyes, you can see in the last pic. What would be the best way to treat that?
I'm in the Seattle area and I don't see anyone on the FAQ list in WA state. Would it be worth it to travel to Vancouver to see Dr. Moon Choi? I see there are a few dermatologists in the area that do subcision, peels, and Infini RF, but not sure how skilled/experienced they are.
In the right light you will more likely have deficiency everywhere that there is scarring, its what this kind of scarring is,something missing while healing creates a small dink.
tca cross for ice pick type or smaller scars, that will lift and heal them in %.that should make your appearance better.tca peel at higher strengths will help with smoothening your skin out and reduce the smaller ice picks, scarred pores.you could bermastamp alternating, dont roll, monthly or every so often.

I don't think you even need a subcision, which is more geared towards deeply pitted scars. From 1 to 10, I would say most of your scars are around 4.Hence, I suggest up to 3 sessions of Infini, spaced out at least 3 months apart. It's also ideal to inject Sculptra at least 4 weeks prior to Infini for added boost. Sculptra is a collagen-inducing filler, which takes about 4 weeks to kick in. Once the pits are filled in, you can then transition to sanding any surface irregularities using other modalities like laser or chemical peels.

also i think you either got folliculitus or had it in past, why you have poral appearance even in your hair and thinning.you need to get rid or control it by going dr and checking it checked and right treatment, usualy anti biotics.it breaks skin out in acne.

Thank you. You're probably right about folliculitis, I do have red bumps on scalp which have bothered me for years. I have the same problem on my legs, which a Doctor diagnosed as a staph infection. I was prescribed antibiotics a number of times, which got rid of the problem for a couple of months, but it always came back. Weak immune system obviously, but I'm not sure what I can do about that.

Thank you. I will see someone about Sculptra / Infini. About subcision, I'm attaching a pic that better shows the dents I'm talking about. It's weird that it's on both sides of my face and in the same area. I'm not even sure they're from acne. Maybe Sculptra could address this also? If I do need subcision/filler, I assume I could do that first, and then get Infini (this dent looks pretty deep to me, so I would think the filler would be well below the surface/textural issues).

Edit: Now that I've looked at the scar more closely....
Injecting Voluma or Lyft would fix that immediately.

Really? But it would need to be done every year or couple of years correct? Is subcision inappropriate for that scar?

Maybe on some of the box cars on the right side. Have you had subcision done before?

You can, but subcision alone is not enough to fill the scar entirely. Filler will likely do the most heavy lifting, especially if the scar isn't tethered.
