Hi everyone!!

I™m new to this forum, I™m posting here because I would like to have some tips to how to treat those type of scars!

In short, I had a couple of breakouts, one halfway through the 2018 and another one about the end of the very same year. Nothing serious I thought, I had some pimples for about 2 months for each breakout. After, around the start of the last year I started to noticing these scars all over my cheeks (pretty sure I didn™t have any of these before.. if not all didn™t have at least the 90% of these scars) and because of this I™ve started to got really self conscious about my skin, in addition to the scar damage kinda seems there is a wide shallow area on the cheeks because of the scarring.

I would like to ask a few questions about it;

Are these scars too deep/hard to treat? (I know it may be difficult to tell just looking at some pics)

What are the best kind of treatments for this type of scarring? What expectations should I have from those?

How bad/severe is the scarring?

Thanks a lot and have a wonderful day!!

The "pimples" u had were internal/nodular/cystic ones or shallow ones? did they took 1, 2 or 3 weeks+ to heal?
It looks like u have some fat loss in that area, this is often caused by nodular and cystic acne.

U can have fat/filler injection to treat this gap, u need to find a good specialist in your area (thats the hardest part).

I will be sincere with you, in most cases scars are something aestheticaly unpleasant but the "hollowing effect" in your face is pretty badass and aesthetic. Hope you find your inner peace, good luck.

Sorry for the late reply!!  Honestly I don't know if it was internal/nodular or cystic acne, I didn't pay much attention to it.. but yeah the pimples took awhile to heal, I think about 1 week, more or less (not really sure though!). So, the "hollow" areas are basically damaged fat/tissues? Are the fat/filler injections my only option here?

Yeah, I don't really know what to do, looking for a good specialist will be hard, I don't know how to find one, plus you always have to pay for the first examination..

By the way thanks but not sure if I'm ready to be a badass yet  just wanna try to improve/get rid of those shallow areas ;D

Look into subcision. Looks like rolling scars to me. Subcision will break apart the tethered scars.
