I'm 30 years old. My scars look terrible. I was looking for a specialist. I have written to all the doctors in my country.
Different doctors offered different solutions to the problem:
1. I was offered subcision and collagen.
2. Lipofilling.
3. anterior chemabrasion
4. Excision and PRP. After 2 weeks Infini + Co2 laser Lutronic
I do not know what to choose. Who can advise me?
You have various different kinds of scars so it makes sense that you'd need a varied approach to treating them. CROSS works well for icepicks, and ablative laser is often a go-to for what's left behind. But that's really general. A lot of treatments can have their place.
Most important is to get under the care of a really good specialist that you trust.
Hi, literally kind of the same scar as I have. I saw your early post in 2019. Looks it has actually been improved quite bit. May I ask you what you have done?
I haven't done anything yet. I am looking for a specialist. I think anterior chemabrasion will help me. But I'm still afraid, this is an aggressive procedure. Have you tried something? I also think lipofilling will help. While I choose a method and a doctor. I am very afraid of lasers and therefore I am looking for other solutions.

Nobody offers me a TCA cross. I've tried it myself, not so much.
Consider fractional CO2 laser treatment. You need to find an experienced doctor though.
Excision on the scar near your eye is an option but you will be left with a linear scar. However, lasers can improve the linear scar.
I think Infini RF microneedling and PRP are a waste of money for you.
