I have extremely deep scars on my skin, I have done subcision, laser and many treatments. But it doesn't work, does it really look awful? Or am I just exaggerating?

Some people have texture imperfections that coalesce (combine) and it looks worse and is sort of illusionary, and others just look superficially and say there's barely nothing there. I think you might have some of that going on. Does it look bad, not at all if you want my opinion. There are some dings and outside of the beard some scars but it's mostly flatish and very discrete or just 'whateverish' like just normal living imperfections that nobody should really care much about.

I do think however the color, textural and small dings can make it so you see something different/worse in bad angles, lights etc. I think that's what's going on for you to some extent. So I don't begrudge you for searching for some fixes or feeling that way.

I would for sure not call them extremely deep, nor would I say it looks awful.

Do you know exactly what type of laser you got? Was it ablative?

Do you know exactly what type of laser you got? Was it ablative? co2 laser + Subcision + temple filling. I did each of them 3-4 sessions on average.

CO2 can be ablative or non-ablative. Ablative basically means it totally removes your skin. Usually they only do 1 treatment if it's ablative, so I suspect you got non-ablative.

You might wanna research ablative and see if that's something you might consider.
