Noses are famously hard to treat. I'm guessing a little filler might be interesting for this. Your own fat perhaps.

Subcision and TCA are helpful for icepick scarring on the face but I haven't seen it one way or another for the nose. Something tells me the nose might be harder to treat with those. Ask your doc when you see them and learn about the possible treatments and get a second (or even third) opinion and only proceed once you feel like you are sure you're with the right doc. Also, you want to see before and afters of similar scarring on the nose. You want to go with someone who has helped with something very similar to this.
