How severe are my acne scars on like a scale of 1 to 10?
What procedures and treatments should I go about treating these type of scars?

Looks like icepick scars, or maybe really small boxcars. They look pretty average to me.
1. Get your acne cleared up completely and totally under control. I think I see a pimple? You want to prevent any future scars first and get clear before getting scar therapy.
2. I would guess TCA CROSS might be a go-to first option for your type of scarring. More info.
