If they are flesh toned they could just be closed comedones, or just whiteheads and possibly milia as the previous poster said. So something may be clogging your pores. What are you currently applying to your skin?
So all of a sudden i have a load of little white bumps on my cheecks. Like there are a alot of them. Firstly what are they? and secondary how do i get rid of them! I thought i had enough to worry about with acne and scarring.

check id they are milia or whiteheads or tiny zits with white(pus) heads

oh kk, im using cetaphil cleanser and night. I also apply epiduo when i break out. I also apply ACV as a toner once a day. Do you know what i should be applying to unlog pores? Thanks for replying
a low% bha wash twice a day as ur daily cleanser is suppose to help.
dnt use moisturiser unless u r dry or u feel u need it.
Ok thank you for your advice. Can you recommend a bha wash for me? or is any good
I've been using clearsil ultra and that's been working really well for my clogged pores. Could try using that, but start off with once a day if you do or it may dry your skin out too much.
