I'm not here to sell a miracle cure, I've tried most of them already and haven't found anything that really worked.

I'm 39 and have really suffered with spots for more than 25 years. They started off with regular pimples with white heads as a young teenager and then from my 20's I used to get these huge deep spots that never really developed into white-heads.I guess I always expected the spots to disappear as I went from a teen to an adult but they never did.

Over the past 2 years I believe I have found my cure and hope it may help you too.

I've tried all sorts of face washes, medicated soaps, soap free soaps etc etc.

About a year ago I started using Johnson's Baby soap (the plain white one) and the spots on my face and shoulders and head (I shave my head) disappeared within 2 weeks.... and stayed that way for just over a year. As an experiment I started using regular soap again in August and all these large, deep spots returned within just 2 or 3 weeks. Naturally I went straight back to using the Johnson's soap again and they all cleared up. I don't use any other products at all, I literally just wash my face and body with soap.

Give it a go, it maybe the cheapest and easiest cure.... I hope it works for you.
