I get my acne mainly on my forehead.. Recently it's been going away, but it's still there and noticeable. I get these tiny bumps that are colourless as well as medium sized really red pimples (which drive me crazy) and some red spots. I included a picture... What can I do to clear it up? Btw I wash my face twice a day and moisturise. post-413942-0-43392600-1407199136.jpg

I know how you feel. I really dont know what to do about it except leave it alone and thank god I have bangs that cover it. ALthough my hair is possibly what is causing it in the first place. I wash my face in the shower with one of the recommended products on this forum (Olay foaming face wash).

I used to do the regimen twice daily but am now stopping the BP and moisurizer use. But I do use a Neutrogena 50SPF sunscreen when I leave the house (I like this sunscreen and I dont know if other sunscreens are like this but it is light brown and gives my face a nice color).

I splash my face with cold water when I feel the need arises.

I am instead of the complete regimen; putting a few drops of tea tree oil in large bowl partially filled with warm water that I microwave and get slightly hot. Then i put a washcloth in the bowl, wring it out and put it on my face and listen to music or talk radio for about ten minutes. Dipping the washcloth back in the water every few minutes.

I just started this though and will see how it goes.

The photo does not completely capture the image of the skin but it will have to do. I have dark marks/red spots and surprisingly not any pimples or acne spots which usually appear there. I always have a few small pimples or acne spots on my face and spots as well.

I am thinking about seeing a dermatologist about this issue though because it ahs bothered me for roughly four years or more. It never got severe but it will just not go away.
