exfoliate

i try exfoliate but those things still there...

I have that too it always comes back in a few days

They could be whiteheads of a sort. I sometimes get little white tiny closed comedones around the same area. They don't get inflammed, and they tend to stay put. Can you squeeze them and the white stuff comes out? If so, I imagine that's what they are.

Do you have quite oily skin around your nose area? If so, it might be better to target that first. Exfoliating with a cloth doesn't always help because it can irritate the skin and spread bacteria. You could try a chemical exfoliant - much more gentle on the skin and may reduce oiliness. Products with salicylic acid or glycolic acid may help.
