How can I get rid of tiny bumps covering my face?

So I've had relatively good skin most of my life but recently I've started having these breakout sorta things! they're small bumps some are red (on my cheeks) and the ones on my forehead are more skin toned, but they pretty much cover my whole face. I used a little bit of Paula's BHA exfoliater and I noticed all these bumps pop up so I stopped using it, I didn't have the bumps on my forehead before using the PC exfoliater but the ones on my cheeks were there before. I'm currently using cetaphil to wash my face in the morning with a Konjac sponge, with a lush toner and the cerave moisturizing lotion. for night time I'm using cetaphil and aveeno clear complexions moisturizer. my skin is dry and oily, so it feels normal and a little tight on the cheeks after washing and after putting lotion on my nose and forehead get a little oily but my cheeks are hydrated with some flaky spots over the bumps. I just wanted to know way exactly these bumps are, is it acne/comedones? should I continue my skincare routine and see if they go away or should. visit a derm? I'm a little scared to visit a derm because I've never been a big fan of chemicals on my skin and ive never used chemical exfoliants, I prefer more natural/drugstore solutions if possible/. Help, anyone? what can I do to get rid of them?

tiny bumps all over my forehead - kinda hard to see because of the camera, but the ones near the middle of my eyebrows are more red, while the ones further out are more skin toned - they also cover my cheeks when you look close up

You may want to look into Pityrosporum Folliculitis (also called Malassezia) for the bumps. It's hard to see from your pictures, but if the bumps are small and Braille-like, it is worth looking into. I was convinced that the bumps on my forehead and sides of my face were clogged pores or acne, but nothing I EVER did made them go away or get better. I was on acne.org when I found information about PF and posted my experience with clearing it up on the link. Let me know if this works for you!!
