I'm 19 and I been having acne on my chin for about 8 years now and it does not go away I also think my hormones are not okay but I don't know how to regulate them. Does anyone know what's going on or what I should do?

Acne localized along the chin and/or jawline is usually a result of hormonal imbalances. You'd probably find healthy lifestyle improvements beneficial: exercise, sleep, diet, everything of the sort. You might consider supplements that help regulate the shifts; I won't name any specifics, can't say I trust my own advice enough to do that. But of course, you can always get the same vitamins/minerals from food sources, which is typically more reliable than supplements.

I will help you. First of all, what do you put on your chin? A lot of water? Products? Makeup? I need that information to assist you. Also if you are having chin acne I know what can get rid of it, I just need to know your routine.
