Hi y'all. I've had these litttle white bumps on my face for about 2 years now. They could be milia, but I don't think they are. They are not very noticable, but eventually they form into pustules. I've been on accutane now for about 5 months. I stopped getting the big cysts after month 3, but still have a lot of the little white bumps left that still turn into small inflamed cysts. I mainly get them right above my chin, at the corners of my lips, and in tweet my eyebrows. I've been using BHA, and that hasnt really helped. Any suggestions? Has anyone else had acne like this? Will they be gone by the end of month 6th of the accutane or should I stay on the tane till all the little bumps are gone? (Month 1- 20mg, 2- 40mg, 3- 60mg, 4- 80mg, have an appointment next week and assume I'll be on 100mg for month 5) (the red spots were inflamed pustules/cysts that I picked a day ago  )
