What type of Pimple is this

It started of as a hard red spot then the next day formed a tiny head and then the next day it has to yellowish heads in the one spot and hurts to touch I wash everyday and moisturise I don't ever touch my face or do anything to cause breakouts but I breakout anyway any help is appreciated I'm 16 if age helps image.jpg

This looks like cystic acne to me. It tends to be more "under to skin" versus a white head- even though yours have formed a white head.

It's your average Joe cystic acne. You do not want to squeeze this baby since there's 100% chance it will leave a scar. The first line of treatment is to suppress the inflammation. This can be done by taking aspirin or advil. Also apply a thin coat of analgesic (anti-inflammatory) gel or cream. I find Vicks VapoRub work especially well. If you're prone to breaking out with cystic acne, keep taking 1 tablet of 81mg aspirin ("baby aspirin") daily as a preventive measure.
