I have had acne and cysts for almost ten years now, started when I was 21.
Currently my skin is usually not too bad with just the odd spot or two.
But right now I have the bigges cust Ive ever experienced, its on my chin. It looks like a regular spot on the top but under the skin its like a large flat hard disk. My whole chin is inflamed, and up into my bottom lip. Its warm the touch, my glands under my chin are swollen which I guess is a good thing?
This has come up over just a couple of days from what looked like a regular spot.
Its extemely painful, to the point that I woke up at 6am today from the pain.
Ive ended takin ibuprofen in the hopes it will bring the swelling down but no joy, not sure what to do now as the Doctors isnt open at the weekend.
Im in the UK btw, some treatments are different/not available here.
Get a fresh lemon and put lemon juice on it. Leave it on for the entire day, and keep doing it till its gone. The juice will help dry it out and kill the infection.
Also, geta turmeric powder supplement and take 1-2 grams a day orally. It has very potent anti inflammatory properties and is anti microbial/anti bacterial, it's also great for the immune system. I hope this helps.
