Late to the party but just wanted to say..don't pick your acne. You dont want red marks afterwards that can last for weeks or months. Or even scars. Or hyperpigmentation. Avoid hard squeezing onyour face.
Gently squeeze the ones that are really ready to pop. But try to leave that to accutane, to do its work.

-cut your finger nails short.

-limit amount of time in front of the mirror

and remind yourself that, no one ever got clear skin from pick their spots.
