Hi everyone!
a year ago I exposed myself to the sun using sunscreen only on my cheeks and nose and not on my forehead. The next day I woke up with white pimples. After a few days they disappeared. However, even today I continue to have a few white pimples on my forehead that leave red spots. What could it be?
I have never suffered from acne
I attach photos after the sunburnt( so One year ago)

That is quite interesting. If it happened literally the day after you got a sunburn, I would doubt it's acne, particularly because you say you don't suffer with acne at all.
Have you asked a dermatologist?
When I asked ChatGPT it told me this (see attached).
