Hi guys, never posted before but am trying a new product and wanted to share my results as I use it.

I'm testing out the Luna mini as a bzzagent, it basically means they let me get it at a reduced price and then they gave me coupons I can share with others if I like it and want to suggest it.

So here's my background now: I went off the pill about a year ago and the hormonal acne of my high school years came back full force, I went to Dan's regimen which I've used before with success. I use Neutrogena pore refining cleanser, Dan's BP, Olay Complete sensitive skin, and a couple drops of Aura Cacia jojoba oil. I'll use Dan's AHA on occasion alone or as a spot treatment.

I've been on the regimen consistently for about 4 months now, and I can say my large cysts have pretty much all gone away, but I'm still having issues with smaller bumps on my forehead and around my mouth. I tried using some salicylic acid and retinol as others suggested to combat them, but they just weren't helping. Oddly enough, I was looking into the clarisonic when I got invited to do the test for the Luna.

Here's what stood out about the Luna when I was looking at it: it doesn't use a brush, which made it seem gentler, and also the silicone tips don't trap bacteria as well as a brush does. I tried the olay brush before and had an issue with it trapping dirt, so that was one of my concerns with the clarisonic.

Day 1: took a picture of my forehead (sorry it's sideways, not sure why it is flipping when I upload) where I want to focus on, before I used the Luna for the first time to track progress. After bathing, I used the Luna to apply my cleanser and then proceeded with the regimen as usual. Initial thoughts: when using the Luna it was so gentle it barely felt like it was even on my face, and after using it a couple of my larger pimples came to a head, which is a bonus. When I applied BP, the application over my skin felt a lot smoother than usual. I'm still skeptical, so I'll check back in a couple days with an updated photo

In the meantime, here's the website if you're interested in seeing more about it *Moderator edit, URL removed - read the board rules*

After 5 days of use, I'm still not sure if its making a huge difference on the small pimples, but it may be healing a little. It definitely isn't making anything worse, and it does feel like it helps clean out my pores so the products apply smoother.

It's still easy to use, keep clean, and it extra gentle on my sensitive skin. I will continue use and see where it goes
