Ask a derm or an aesthetician. I have little dots under my eyes and I was told that they could be extracted physically--and I've had extractions done on my face and I know how painful they can be so I was like "No way!" They are very tiny and not hideous looking. I have no clue if they are related to sebaceous glands. Maybe? I've seen them on people with clear skin but they are also so tiny that it's not a huge deal. If it bothers you, though, definitely talk to a derm and see what can be done! Good luck!
