Are blocked sebaceous glands (tiny bumps) under the eyes related to having very oily skin?

Ask a derm or an aesthetician. I have little dots under my eyes and I was told that they could be extracted physically--and I've had extractions done on my face and I know how painful they can be so I was like "No way!" They are very tiny and not hideous looking. I have no clue if they are related to sebaceous glands. Maybe? I've seen them on people with clear skin but they are also so tiny that it's not a huge deal. If it bothers you, though, definitely talk to a derm and see what can be done! :) Good luck!

Yes I have super oily skin and the same thing, they are milia. Get ur skin to stop being oily and then those milia can be exfoliated, but if skin stays oily they wont budge, or they will keep returning. So i found
