I ordered some a while back and it finally came in the mail.
It's basically a high dosage of dae palmetto with some other good stuff (folic acid, zinc, etc.)
This is my third day taking it.
Inflammation is better, but the acne and oily skin is still the same.
Also I am washing my face with baking soda water. that's it.
About two weeks later....
no improvement really. still an oily mess, and i broke out super bad around my mouth, and chin area and around the nose, and in between the eyebrowns (HATE THAT).
might have to do with my period but whatevess
also i am taking four a day ( the maximum )
also changed the skin care routine.....
-Neutrogena 3 in 1 acne cleanser
-Stridex Salicylic Acid Pads
-occasionally 100% hyaluronic acid
and im feeling NAUSEOUS like crazy
