I never had acne until a couple months ago., how I have shallow dents from the scabs they left.. They aren't visible just looking in the mirror but in certain lighting they look like dark box scars or something.(they are the dark spots in the close up of my head) . I also have some on my chin but I don't care about them.. And like 3 pick scars on my cheek that I know they aren't as bad as they could be but what topical treatments could I use? Any chance the can fill in on their own after time?

Maybe your camera didn't capture it but your skin looks good I don't see any scarring/pitting. Most people on here would kill to have your skin. When I look at your picture all I see are those beautiful eyes. I don't see the imperfections you mention in your photos.

Cute. You have the skin of a baby. Your head looks so small compared to that woman in the second pic though.

Honestly though, your skin looks great. Without you mentioning anything, I would hardly be able to tell you had any scarring. Actually event with you mentioning it, I'm not sure I see it.

I can't see them but I know what you mean because mine don't show up on camera either (except for the linear one that I hate) so people are always saying they don't see anything. If the scar/indentation is red on the inside maybe something that will lighten them up will help make them less visible...like an alpha hydroxy acid. I don't think there are any topicals that will fill them in.

As far as time goes, I was told by my dermatologist and read online that it takes a year for a scar to fill in so if it's not filled in by then, then it's there for life. You could try dermarolling the area but that will take time. Between 6 months to a year and it works for some scars not all. In my experience, it hasn't worked for new scars very well...just super old ones.

If they are SUPER shallow, microdermabrasion MAY help. Not making promises though and it may take a few sessions. I used to get micro done to even out my skin when the scars filled in (from microneedling). My skin was bumpy and it made it smooth and the very very very very shallow scars evened out too.
