So I am currently undergoing 3xPhenol cross , 3x subcision, and 3x RF Microneedle. I understand how to improve my bigger scars but I have trouble understanding how to get rid of the hundreds of smaller scars that look like enlarged pores right underneath my eyes/front of face. It is destroying my face when I smile since I have a distinct rolling pattern.

Hey mate

Ur skin looks good right now

RF goes over the area it will help definitely

when you have done all the treatments you can get a full chemical peel for example (cheaper than laser)-this will help texture and pores

hope this helps

@joeysk

The shadow from your glasses is throwing me off, ... is there fat loss between upper cheek and lower? If that is so, ... then the bigger issue is atrophy and not large pores, have Dr Rullan do Filler with your subcision.

Those are not scars bellow your eyes, those are large pores and everyone has them. Some more prominent than others, depends on your diet, genetics, guys have more than girls because of hair folicles. Look into things that clean out your pores like salicylic wash or glycolic washes or peels, mandelic also works for your skin type. Eat a diet low in dairy, processed carbs, sugar,and more fruits and veggies.

Treatments for large pores are not very effective but they can help. Clear and Brilliant takes 12 treatments for this or 1927nm Fraxel 22 passes over the problem areas. This is especially popular in Asia for your skin type and pores.

I would not treat pores until you do more cross, subcision w/ filler and your rf needling sessions it takes 3-8 of them. Then perhaps some low density co2 or fraxel. Treating pores first is pointless as you will get some improvement with just treating your scars.

Thanks. I Will keep this in mind and there is no fatloss underneath eyes. I will plan to do a full face peel when all is said and done. Thanks for your help. Again, this is kind of a minor detail, Gotta get rid of my big scars first.
