Well after been acne free for more than 4 months ...I got a few breakouts on my forehead, really small tho very light. That made me decide to coomeback to acne.org and check how everyone else is doing...

I.shower twice daily before and after work

She is pretty clear now just the redness that will fade with time.

It's been months since getting a pretty big pimple .. I got one on my forehead and it hurts I kinda forgot how much painful big zits are. Hopefully it dies soon.

If your gonna take b complex Cut the pill in half and take in 3 days interval or twice a week as b6 & b12 tends to make acne worst.   FYI Ppl report hairloss so keep that in mind.
