Cons:
Pricey product that only works for the mildest form of acne
Zeno is intended only for people with the mildest form of acne, which is interesting considering that the majority of people spending thousands of dollars on acne treatments like this aren't those who get a pimple ever now and then. It wasn't until I opened the box that I saw it is NOT intended for black heads, white heads, and inflamed/moderate acne. Since the pimples I had bought it for were inflamed I waited to use it on the type it suggests. The heat was a little intense (and yes I tested it on my forearm first), but as anyone who has struggled with acne will tell you, you endure pain for the promise of positive results. Well my pimple didn't go away; in fact it got worse and stayed longer, but I persisted. I used it for a month but the last time it left a 'boxcar' scar on my face. I, of course, am disgusted. Unfortunately, I wanted to believe that it would eventually work and I let my 30 days pass. Now I'm stuck with it. This product may work for you but it did nothing

Pros:
Works great when you catch the pimple early. It is not a miracle cure, but it does not say that it is. Very helpful when a nice size pimple surfaces at the wrong time!
Cons:
There is a "learning curve" when initially using. Takes several pimples to get the hang of it.
Anyone with half a brain can see obvious similarities in negative comments if you research this product on the internet. This just intrigued me personally MORE TO BUY it..I'm glad I did because it worked that well for me. :):):):):) By the way, I really priced around and the pharmacy where I bought one said she had only had ONE return in the last year, this just reconfirmed my purchase (plus, it was returnable within 30 days). She said her return was someone that had only used it once. If I bought a new coffee maker, I wouldn't expect a perfect cup of coffee the first try! If it is not selling, then why would they carry it? Because IT WORKS! Definitely not a miracle cure, but then again I don't know any acne product on the market that is. But, it is very effective when used as directed, especially when compared to creams and topicals.

I have seen several reviews where people said they are suspicious of the negative reviews and they are "plants". I am suspicious of THOSE reviews. Nothing will work for everyone. I am just a regular person with moderate acne. It didn't burn me or hurt or anything, but didn't make a single pimple "disappear". I bought it hoping that I wouldn't have to pop them and have scars, but no luck. If it works for you, great, nothing to lose, you can get your money back (like I am going to). Maybe it works better on very mild acne. I asked the lady at the pharmacy where I bought it and she said that they have sold 4 and 3 have been returned. It is NOT a miracle cure.

Pros:
Small, easy to use and it works!
Cons:
Expensive and and leaves a red marks temporarily.
I love the Zeno! It doesn't work on all pimples, but mostly papules and pastules. I even used it rapidly for three days (2 times/day) on a huge painful cyst and it went went away dramatically. I totally reccomend getting this and if it doens't work for you, you can always return it. I paid $150 for this at Walgreens about a year ago.

works perfect when used on new blemishes that just popped up
Cons:
i love to pick, but i can't pick any more
shortens the life of the blemish SIGNIFICANTLY (maybe a day tops) when you catch them early...warm, cool, love it, gonna keep it.

Pros:
30 day return policy
I would recommend Zeno to anyone who has mild to moderate acne. It works great on those inopportune times that zits can and will pop up (day before a big presentation) Before I purchased my Zeno I went to their website...[link removed] and it was a wealth of knowledge. I definitely knew what I was getting and my Zeno exceeded my expectations.

Pros:
I used it on 3 pimples as soon as I got it and they were gone the next day. Way better than irritating topicals which take forever to work.
Cons:
None
This is the only site where I have read negative reviews and purchased it after all the positive ones I read on several other sites. I think Zeno is an innovative and effective tool for acne.

Pros:
You can actually feel your cyst being exterminated from the inside, its pretty cool!
Cons:
You need to hold this thing on EACH pimple for 2.5 minutes. The replacement tips are a hassle to keep buying
I use this product whenever i feel a pimple coming up, I can tell when i wash my face and I hit a pressure point that feels like a pimple under my skin, I jus whip-out my Zeno and ZAP that S.O.B. WORKS WONDERS!!!!

I must admit I was skeptical of this product to begin with...but I decided to try it! WOW! Awesome results! It may seem a little pricey, but cost is nothing compared to Dr. visits, medications, creams. Awesome Device!!

Pros:
bright blue color, found it at walmart and it is an excellent spot treatment
Cons:
not for severe acne
Got my zeno mini at walmart in a bright blue color. Just 1 or 2 treatments usually clears up the spot completely and it even works on my giant cysts too! Also if you just take the batteries out after your treatments while not in use, then the batteries will last a long time, but this is just plain common sense for any battery operated product.
