Pros:

cleared up body acne, feel heathier, no more inflamation on face.

Cons:

taste, smell, some stomach disconfort, may cause stomach, esophagous and mouth burns, bad for teeth.

It didn't do a lot for my face but worked really well on body acne. You have to wait an hour to brush your teeth though so you might as well try it you really have nothing to lose since no one has posted any signs of IB although if your dumb enough not to majorly dilute it and burn your mouth... but seriously, give it a try.

Pros:

Helps with acne but mainly it contributes to a good health.. And cheap

Cons:

I used to hate the taste but after a month or so I got used to it and now I actually enjoy it.,,

Worth it. :) Just be very careful with the amount... To little water and I can guarantee you that it will taste completely awful.

unsure
Long story short... I am a 22 year old female. 5 years after accutane my acne is coming back with vengeance. I started getting cysts again, So I decided to drink 2 tablespoons in water 2 times a day. I am on week 3 of this and I am unsure if it is working. The day after I started drinking this I got compliments on my skin. However, the week after I started breaking out pretty bad. Multiple large cysts, little pimples, whitheads, etc. I hope I am just in the "purging" stage. I have read so many good things about ACV working. I do drink the Braggs Organic vinegar. I am going to continue to drink this for a few more weeks to see what happens. I have noticed that my digestive system is working really well. Before starting I had horrible stomach pains and heart burn. That has subsided. I will write another review on week 5.

SO GOOOD!!!
seriously. it works so well! im living in EU and i dont use this brand of ACV but another one. and i mixed it with water by 1:1 amount. it worked really really well and the fact that its natural and it balanced ur PH really satisfies me! I now try to avoid other harmful cosmetics! only a soft cleanser but the rest like moistoriser or acne treatment are all natural! 5 stars!

Pros:

inexpensive
natural product (ingredients)

Cons:

smell

Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar is the only brand that i use. It is 100% natural Apple Cider Vinegar and contains the 'Mother' which looks like a brown sediment that is in the bottom of the bottle (It contains all of the beneficial nutrients). I pour a few table spoons into a shot glass and down the hatchet. I happen to like the taste of vinegar so it doesn't affect me but most people dislike the taste. I feel healthier inside and out after drinking ACV and it has great health benefits.

MANY USES
I LOVE apple cider vinegar. Remember it needs to be unfiltered to get more benefits. Its a great toner, cleanser, and pro-biotic shot. I use it as a toner primarily these days, but sometimes I make tea or a smoothie even and add a splash for the probiotic goods,. makes me feel pleasent. Read up on it. Its great! Will it cure acne?... Its a helpful addition in general... but you need to first learn what is causing the acne. If its an intestinal flora problem you might want to start with cleansing and dietary investigation. OR start with a higher dose of probitocs and then ease into the upkeep with ACV

Wow!

Pros:

Cheap
Effective!
Natural

Cons:

Tastes/smells a little icky

I am 19 and have had breakouts exclusively on my chin and near my mouth since I was probably 14. Never anything horrible, but it was there consistantly and it was somewhat noticeable. I went to a dermatologist around seventeen and took an antibiotic for a while (which worked while I was on it) and a couple topical things. More recently they gave me Spirolactone (sp?) which was fine enough. But NOTHING has made my skin look as glowing and feel as healthy as ACV! I'm really amazed! It's been a couple weeks, so I guess things could still go wrong, but I applied it as a toner and it instantly cleared the breakout I had and my skin has been soft and it seemed to really get rid of the acne marks that I've had for some time. I also have been drinking small amounts of it in large water bottles (like a cap full of ACV in a liter of water) and I feel energized and I imagine it contributes to my skin. Really, it has made my skin look HEALTHIER than any medicine I was given by the derm.

Pretty Good

Pros:

clear skin
even texture of skin
helps with stomach problems

Cons:

nasty smell
horrible taste
if not diluted with water, could damage the tissues of your throat

I checked on going to a dermatologist and getting pills for my acne, been breaking out quite a bit on my cheek and jaw area for a while now. Couldn't get a dermatologist (for some odd reason) but also didn't want to spend so much money just to see one. So I researched online and read where apple cider vinegar is a good home remedy for clear skin. Day 1, it was horrible!!! Nasty taste and almost puked when I drank 1 tablespoon diluted with water. Day 2, not as bad but still nasty! And so on, today is my 7th day of drinking ACV and every night before I go to bed, I'm popping over 5 blackheads and my acne is getting really clear. I'm going to drink this stuff for one more week and get back with you!!!

Pros:

Yes, it does actually clear your acne.
Brighter complexion, overall.
Lost two pounds.
Fixed my digestion problem.
Hair growing faster..
Cheap, and is a good cure for all sorts of ailments
-As a topical, is quickly healing my hyper pigmentation-

Cons:

Smell, taste, and the huge amount you must drink to get results. Most people drink "a few teaspoons" per day, but that is not nearly enough.

I recommend buying some all-natural Apple Cider Vinegar tablets (at most health food, or body building/exercise supplement shops). They're far, far more convenient. I am using Kal brand apple cider vinegar tablets at 35% acidity. I take three/day, one with each meal.
