Pros:

- non-irritating
- fragrance free
- ph balancers (even out both dry and oily patches)

Cons:

NONE

i've jumbled around with tons of facial cleansers...stuck onto pure glycerin soap for a while, but my boyfriend introduced me to this stuff, and it works WONDERS. using both the cleanser and moisturizer twice a day has reduced pimples popping up from maybe 5 times a week, to 1 or even none. (ps: make sure you buy the purple one [fragrance free])

Pros:

I love spectro jel. Good price (half a liter for 11.49 at the grocery store), lasts for months.
Can't imagine a cleanser working better. I like that it's a gel, applies well. I use the combo skin one (orange bottle). Definite reduction in breakout

Cons:

None really, the smell is strange but I don't find it bad I almost like it. On the bottle it says that you can wipe it off with a tissue if you want, but I wouldn't suggest not washing it off.

Try it if you live in Canada.

Pros:

this cleanser is mild and gentle on your skin. Good quantity for the price.

Cons:

Didn't see much of a difference to my acne...

Although I didn't see much of a difference to my skin, it's probably, in my opinion, better to use this than not to. My dermatologist recommended me to this product because it is really gentle to your skin, and your face does not dry out.

Pros:

-cleans pores DEEP down
-it doesn't burn your eyes if you get it in them by accident
-CONSISTENT

Cons:

-NONE

Once your acne is all gone using an acne cream such as bezoil peroxide on top of using spectro jel, your skin will stay clear forever if you use the spectrojel consistently. If you buy it at Costco, you can get HUGE bottles of it for the same price as at Shoppers.

Pros:

Cleans your skin GREAT!!!! You can see a major difference after using this just once. it maikes your skin so clean and smooth. Great price at 15.99 CND for a huge 500ml pump bottle that last 3+ months. Smaller squirt bottles available too.

Cons:

NONE!!! Remember folks, this IS NOT supposed to clear acne, it's to clean and prepare the skin for acne medication. Use this alone with Spectro Acne Care BP 2.5%, which is about 5.99 CND(lasts about 3 weeks) and it's great.

Finally something great and that works. I love it.

Pros:

Best face wash out there! Reduces acne and is very gentle. Cleans deep.

Cons:

Doesn't exfoliate.

Since it's very light to get the full benefits of this wonderfulness you must massage lightly (in circular motion) for at least 30 seconds. I have very stubborn acne and I use this cleanser along with specto's hydra care for blemish prone skin mixed with lots of tea tree oil and I'm totally Clear. Even benzyl peroxide, although it worked very well, didn't work as well as this regimen. I can now be worry-free of the long term effects of radicals produced by BP.

Pros:

- Gentle and effective at removing makeup and dirt.
- Leaves skin glowing and smooth.
- Doesn't dry skin out at all.
- Helps to clear acne.
- Makes skin velvety soft.
- Doesn't contain SLS.

Cons:

- Might not remove heavy makeup if not used properly and wiped off with a cloth.

This is currently my favourite cleanser. It is imperrative to follow the directions, however for best results. I prefer to appy this to dry skin and rub in small cirlces for at least 30 seconds and then remove it all with a wet washcloth. This has done wonders for the tone and health of my complexion and I my breakouts are very minor now if any.

Pros:

cheap comes in 500ml or 250ml bottle
very, very gentle
doesn't dry out skin
leaves skin feeling fresh, soft and healthy
helps clear redness and bumps

Cons:

i use the purple one, it is fragrence free, it was a little wierd smelling at first but i got used to it
if the smell is a problem you can get the orange or other coloured one that has a little scent but fragrences can cause you to break out( like wearing too much makeup and not cleaning it off)

awesome product, i use it twice a day with unrefined shea butter and it leaves me smilling at the glow of my skin, does not dry out my skin, i've tried others cleansers and when i stopped using them it made me break out even worse! other cleansers have harsh chemicals can you only scrub for less than ten seconds beacause it can irritate your skin, but with spectro you can scrub for a minute or more and does not irriatate your skin. i love it! hope this helped! enjoy
