Pros:

economic, only takes a little, cuts through layers and layer of gels
only takes 10 secs

Cons:

drying
Not exfoliating, a lot of dead skin cells rub on my paper towel when I dry.

I only need about a quarter of a pump to wash my face. Hence, a bottle can last months. More than that, and it's too drying for my skin. It's the shortest step of the regimen. I rub vigorously in my palms to lather, rub on for 10 secs than rinse. I pat dry. If you use the AHA or BP you'll find dead skin sloughing off. These products lift them off but the cleanser doesn't remove them from my face. And they need to be removed to really show the radiate clear skin underneath.

Pros:

Cheaper than any OTC "treatment type" cleanser for the size of the bottle. I was paying $7 for 5oz of Olay. No perfumes or dyes. Lathers well.

Cons:

I can't find a single thing wrong with it...and I'm pretty picky.

Best bang for the buck. It seems like an expensive program just because of the start up cost and shipping but if you campare the price per ounce including the shipping...you can't find a cheaper product on the store shelves. The bonus is that the stuff works great. It is super gentle and effectively takes off make-up. Three important tips though...follow the directions to the letter. 10 second wash, no wash cloth and wait the 5-15 minutes between steps. And don't forget the moisturizer!

Pros:

works perfect! takes off oil, residue, creams, dirt, sweat, anything you didn't need on your face.

Cons:

some think it's drying...the key is to wash your face very gently for 10 seconds or less

Pros:

This cleanser is very light and you do not need to use as much as other cleansers. I use to wash my face with cleansers only once a day because they always dried out my skin. With this cleanser I am able to wash both morning and night without irritation or dryness. I love it! My skin feels fresh and clean afterwards. My skin is sensitive and breaks out easily. This cleanser, in just a weeks time, has cleared up my skin completely and my face looks so clean!!

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a gentle cleanser. I like that the smell is not strong and you only have to apply a small amount to get a great outcome!

Pros:

It makes your skin feel clean, it actually works!

Cons:

None :)

This product is amazing! I have struggled with acne since I was 13 - I am now 23, almost 24 - and I tried everything I could find. Over the counter stuff, proactive, derm prescribed stuff (which ended up making me breakout the worst) and nothing worked. Then I stumbled upon this site on accident and after reading the reviews and everyone's comments in this extremely supportive community, I had to try it. I am on my 12th week and my skin has never looked so good. It feels clean, is smooth and clear. But that has to do with the entire regimen, not just the cleanser. If you are nervous - try it. You have nothing to lose. It really is the ONLY thing that helped me!

Pros:

Works, great price

Cons:

None

I use the Acne.org benzoyl peroxide treatment, moisturizer and cleanser with great results. I'm a 26 year old woman and still have not outgrown acne so I'm thrilled to find something that keeps my skin about 90% clear. I could probably get to about 99% if I were diligent about using all three products every day.

Pros:

clear
gentle
moisterizing
not greasy or oily
doesn't worsen acne
cleans off all dirt and excess oil
not drying

Cons:

smells a bit weird, very feint though

I love this cleanser! It's one of, if not THE best I've ever tried. Would reccomend it to anyone with acne because it leaves your skin super clean without the dryness and flakiness that you get sometimes from other acne cleansers. I will definitely buy this again. Worth what it cost.

Pros:

I have been using the cleanser along with the treatment, lotion, and (occasionally) the AHA lotion from acne.org and have found it to be the ONLY topical regimen that has worked for me (and I've tried nearly EVERYTHING). I noticed a difference within the first week, and it's only gotten better from there. My skin is now 99% clear, and I'm just waiting for the remaining red marks to clear!

Cons:

You have to order it online and pay shipping, but it's worth it.

TRY IT! It's awesome. I love life so much more without acne!!!

Pros:

Cleanses Well

Cons:

Causes allergic reaction

I would not repurchase. I think the licorice root caused an allergic reaction. Not for sensitive skin.
