Pros:

Works great, acne disapeared, really cheap.

Cons:

takes about a month for the skin to adjust to it, the skin is becoming more sensitive so spending much time in the sun can make acne worse.

This is a great product. The frist month wasnt good, my skin got worse, i got more acne, and painful cracks appeared. After the first month the acne started to disappear, by the end of month 2 my skin was acne free, i use it for 3 months already, and my skin looks great. I recommend this to everyone, just make it trough the first month (I wanted to stop using it during the first month because acne got worse, but its just because the skin was getting used to it, after the first months the skin became clean on a week or 2, like magic!)

Pros:

Works, Free, Easy to apply container.

Cons:

Stings on saw spots, Some breakouts do occur.

I am at the moment 17 and I had been on Doxycycline Capsules and Differin Gel for over 2 years. And at first it worked fine but then my skin got used to it and it stopped working, I then went to my doctor about a year ago and he said its not un common for that to happen. He then perscribed me Aknemycin Plus and said the two bottles should be gone within a month and to go back, its now around a year later and i still have some left in each bottle and it is controlling the skin in a way, i do get some breakouts but its mainley my fault for not keeping at it 100% of the time. It is kind of harsh on your skin but if you just apply some moisterisuer over the top after a while it is ok. I'd definatley ask your doctor about it if you suffer from bad cases of acne like myself.

This stuff made me break out like mad after I stoppped using it for a day I think for moderate acne an antibiotic cream alone is much safer this contains stuff that alters sebum production

Pros:

clears up pores and makes skin look healthier

Cons:

does not actually treat acne. stings

i use this twice a day aswell as taken oxytetracycline twice a day. the tetracycline is helping reduce the inflamation of my skin, and the aknemycin helps with my pores. all in all, im on my way to having healthier, cleaner skin.
