Pros:

It seems to be brightening up my skin and health in general. I'm also losing weight and feel good about detoxing my body.

Cons:

I got some redness and rashing on my arm at first, which I've read is actually the toxins releasing onto my skin. My face is also dry by the sides of my mouth (but this could be due to the topical application of lemon juice I've also been using)

I definitely think it's worth a try, and I believe it will benefit general health for anyone. I do suggest using a straw in order to avoid damage to the enamel on the teeth.

Pros:

Enjoyable to drink....

Cons:

Makes your teeth a little sensitive..Use a straw.

Since beginning to drink a quart of water first thing in the morning with a whole lemon squeezed in it. I have only had two new zits. I usually have a couple of small ones everyday...Since drinking lemon water and then driking 3 additional plain quarts of water throughout the day or more....I feel very hydrated and I really think it is helping...it's mostly too early to tell since I have only ben doing it a week. But I will continue...

awesome
I have tried lots of acne to treat-acne-scars-lemon-juice and only one worked. But it didn't work very well and it was expensive. So I went searching for something cheap that would work. Well, I found this. Lukewarm lemon water in the morning and evening. It is an acquired taste, so if it is so unbearable it is okay to put a teaspoon of honey in it. I highly recommend this product! Pros:

it might be helping with my acne. i have been drinking 1 lemon in some water every morning for a couple weeks now.

Cons:

bad for teeth, but i drink my glass right in the morning instead of my coffee and then brush my teeth right after.

might be helping. we will see in a few more weeks i hope. it is very good for the body, so i think it should help. the reviews on here are very good so i have some hope.

Pros:

It's cheap and easy.

What I do is just put lemons in my water, a friend told me they can help curb cravings if you drink lemon with water and I read on here that it can help with acne. I wouldn't risk ruining my teeth with whole lemons daily but I see a difference with just putting lemons in water and I also steam my face with boiling water once a week and I started putting pieces of lemon in the water. It seems to make a noticeable difference in old acne marks which at one time were bright red and now fading.

Pros:

cleared up small spots

Cons:

seeds get into the water. Makes teeth feel chalky. Wears down enamel.

Try it ans see if it works. I like to add half a lemon to a cup of hot water and a bit of honey to make a cup of warm lemonade. Honey is good for the skin as well.

Pros:

Makes you skin brighter and makes you feel better

Cons:

Doesn't really cure acne

I found that by drinking lemon in hot water daily my skin looked brighter and my complexion was clearer but it did not really have any effect on my acne outbreaks
