Pros:

Not expensive
Feels good when you put it on

Cons:

-I have super pale skin, and this made me SO RED!
-Made me flaky
-Gave me more acne
-Got burned by it

It's really not the best product Neutrogena has.

Pros:

-Minimizes oil (by drying out skin)

Cons:

-Dries skin excessively
-Creates bumpy rash

I have extremely oily skin and I thought that this product would reduce the oil, but it really just dried my skin to a very severe degree. I am usually not one to excessively moisturize, but this product dried my skin out within the first use and caused me to moisturize too much, which therefore has clogged my pores. I also got a strange rash on the bottom half of my face from being dried out, and it completely changed the texture of my previously smooth (yet acne-prone) skin. Too harsh.

Pros:

Prevented breakouts (I have combination skin and sometimes I feel like I want to scratch my face out) but after I use the cleanser (once a day) it is very soothing, it also gets rid of excess oil on my face.

Cons:

Don't wash your face twice a day with this cleanser because it can be extremely drying. If you use it once, and apply moisturizer afterward's it DOES work and you will notice a difference especially with your pores, they will get smaller and the blackheads will go away with time and patience! =)

I think its a good product. I highly recommend using a cleansing brush or a textured glove to scrub it into your skin because using your fingers won't really do anything.

Pros:

Lathers well, washes away clean, oil-free, inexpensive, easily found

Cons:

Fragrance, doesn't travel well, didn't work for me

If your acne responds well to salicylic acid, this product may work for you. It didn't work for me- I need benzoyl peroxide

Pros:

Cheap, quick to use. (Just wash face in the shower and rinse off). It does work.

Cons:

Will make your skin dry for a first couple of days. The smell; it's not exactly terrible but has a chemically smell to it.

My forehead is oily and my nose is extremely oily. The rest of my face is considerably dry. After using it a couple days I noticed it was drying out my cheeks and chin. Give it a few days for your skin to tolerate it. It is keeping my skin clear. Also I have black hair and i noticed if some of the suds gets on your hair it may bleach it a little

Pros:

- Great for getting rid of acne quickly
- easy to put on
- smells okay

Cons:

I have pretty sensitive skin, and on the sides it gives me little itch read bumps on my face, they aren't noticeable though:)

Buy this product if you have fairly tough skin, and have acne:)

Cons:

WARNING: Do not use this product if you have very sensitive skin! I used this product only twice and my face broke out into little red bumps and my face and eyes became very swollen.
This product irritated my skin very much.
My acne was very light to begin with and after using this product my face became worse. Now my mouth area has little red pimples and it's not getting any better.

It also leaves your skin very dry and you may notice little whiteheads on your face.

Do not use this product. I hated it!

Pros:

Go rid of my acne temporarily
didnt irritate
didnt dry out my skin

Cons:

None.

i got the wash about 2 years ago and it worked perfectly or me, but it was a commitment, 1 day without using it brought the acne back. so now, 2 years later i thought i could try it again, and it didnt work as well for me. so i came to the conclusion that this product should only be used for mild acne, not serious acne, because its not strong enough.

Pros:

Well, it dries up my pimples and clears up my skin really, really fast. I mean, I've only used it four times, but I can already see results.

I don't know what people are complaining about when they say that it dries up their skin. Uh, guys? There's something in this world called MOISTURIZER. Rub on a liberal amount of (NOT oil-free) moisurizer and voila! Also, about the rash and inflamation, its hardly the products fault. It's just an allergic reaction. Sheesh, peoples. I recommend this to anyone who trusts this product and decides to put on only one SMALL pump each time they use it. Good luck! =]

Do not recommend
I fortunately do not have bad acne, and this product seemed light and easy on the face. I have sensitive-ish skin on my face. The first two days of using this product, my skin seemed fine. But this morning I woke up to super dry, cracking skin around my nose and tiny red bumps all around my mouth and chin, forming an almost mustache like rash. The bumps itch and burn like crazy, and the dry skin isn't a treat either. I thought my other face wash was was bad until I purchased this. I stopped using it immediately and I definetly will not be purchasing this product again. Straight in the trash can!

I also do not have acne but I purchased this because I hear it is amazing. I had the same reaction and still recovering. I have bumps over my lips and the irritation on my skin I break out in a couple of hive like bumps. I thought that maybe bcos it is for acne and that I do not have I am over simulating my face causing this irritation
