Pros:

good for hair rinsing, not acne scars

Cons:

not good for scars

Guys lets not kid ourselves here...most people on this site have moderate-severe acne and 5% acetic acid (vinegar) is not going to do anything for scars no matter what anyone tells you...The only things that will help are high percentage lactic/glycolic acid peels done weekly...your just going to waste your time with this stuff and stink at the same time.

Pros:

none

Cons:

Drinking vinegar, even if diluted, will chemically burn your throat, this damage cannot be reversed. It is therefore extremely harmful.

DO NOT DRINK VINEGAR! I have had acne since the age of 11, and have tried many products. I am not willing to take something that is detrimental to my health. If your looking for a natural treatment for acne, I reccomend lemon juice. It detoxifies your body and helps clear acne. Like all remedies, use this with caution, as it can dry your skin. If you drink vinegar or are planning to drink it, I urge you to stop. If you need proof go to [link removed] and research vinegar. There are no "natural cures" for acne. Acne can never be cured, however it can be treated and controlled. If you change your diet, excercise, and use safe treatments, you will look and feel your best.
