About a week ago, I began taking 500-1000mg of Vitamin C per day. Plus, I started eating foods high in Vitamin A. The recommended daily intake for Vitamin A is 700 RAE for Women and 900 RAE for Men. Anyway, it totally cleared my mild-moderate acne.
