Cons:
expensive and very time consuming
as someone who has had acne for 20 years, I have tried many treatments, some have been very successful, this is not one of them. You need to hold the devise for at least 2 and a half minutes on each spot, how time consuming is that. It might reduce swelling a bit, but then you are left with a lingering bump which lingers, some spots did not respond and came to a head any way. Do not waste you money, dissapointing.
Pros:
not really any - would give in a big fat zero.
