Pros:

- Works quickly
- Calms down acne red-ness
- reduces size of acne
- smooth skin after
- smells nice

Cons:

- Its ghost white thick paste that does get onto pillows ect.

It works. I have moderate acne and i started using this after everything else failed or made my acne worse. Sudocrem is cheap yet so effective. It targets redness over night, reduced the size of my acne and made my skin smooth. Im now 1 week into this and i can see a big diference already.

Pros:

Hides Blemishes and Cysts really well.
Smells good to me.

Cons:

Hard to spread the texture on your face.
Doesn't seem to prevent breakouts.

People say it prevents acne or heals acne but I dont notice it. What I can say about it is that it hides blemishes well. If you apply a light layer of it, mixed with moisturizer, your face will look much clearer than it actually is. The reason for 5 stars is because even though its not dramatically improving my acne, its making my acne look less noticeable.

Pros:

- helps make sure popped pimples don't get infected
- reduces redness
- promotes healing
- IS REALLY GOOD FOR STOPPING PIMPLES THAT ARE JUST STARTING TO APPEAR FROM GETTING WORSE!!!

Cons:

None!

From reading some of the reviews here, it seems like some people are spreading this stuff all over their faces - I've never tried that and I just use it as a spot treatment. I'd say this is most effective when you have a raised red lump that you just know is going to turn into a disgusting whitehead. I dab it on the spot at night and usually in the morning the spot is gone or, at the very least, much smaller. It's also pretty good for putting onto popped pimples as it contains ingredients that help to stop infection and promote healing. I don't know if it's the best treatment out there, but for the price and the results, it's definitely worth a try!!!

Pros:

Amazing; reduces redness, dries out pimples/spots overnight, great for a variety of other uses, lasts for a long time, and only a thin layer is needed (:

Cons:

If too much is applied, you are left with silly white patches where you have applied it, but if you only use a thin amount, it will sink into your skin like a moisturiser.

This product is amazing; I wouldn't neccessarilly say I had acne, but I get the few odd blemishes which really knock my confidence; like a lot of other people, I tried almost every other treatment in the Superdrug isle, from facewashes to creams, yet none of them seemed to work in the long run, as my face becomes immune to the ingredients. After spending so much money, I came to a simple conclusion of using Sudocrem, and overnight, any slight redness had almost disappeared! I also find that it reduces any scarring from previous imperfections on the skin. I tend to use Clearasil Skin Perfecting Wash, and a Clearasil toner twice daily, and apply the cream overnight, too see quickest results and keep my skin baby soft. If anyone out there is suffering from blemishes, spots, or mild to moderate acne, I would reccommend that you try this product, it works wonders, and is amazingly cheap for what it does(:

Pros:

Everything! Really cheap, works better than any other over the counter spot cream, and the numerous prescription only creams I've been prescribed. Works as a good mattifying base before foundation. Good for sensitive skin as it doen't irritate.

Cons:

If you have dark skin it'll probably make your face look a little pale. I'm pale anyway though so it isn't a problem for me at all. May not be effective for very severe acne - doctor should be the first port of call.

Basically, I started using this about 3 months ago and I now swear by it. Wish someone had told me about this before - would have saved myself 15 years of going back and forth to the doctors and trying everything under the sun to keep my acne at bay! I have sensitive skin as well as having acne, so all of the other creams I have used just make it sore and red. This makes my skin feel moisturised without being greasy and gets rid of spots really quickly. I highly doubt it blocks pores, and have seen no evidence of this at all. I'm not suprised the dermatologist the previous reviewer visited told her to stop using it - it'll put him out of business and stop people throwing their money down the drain on expensive skin treatments that the lovely pharmacuetical companies and private dermatologists try to flog to those of us who are unfortunate enough to have bad skin!!

Pros:

It disinfects the skin and gently fades scarring. Affordable. It is important that you only apply a small amount to the face, I suggest a half pea sized amount on the cheeks and forehead.

Cons:

Sometimes you can apply to much and be left with a sticky mess on your face.

I've used this product on and off for about a year and it does work when used as a combination treatment. At present I am taking 300mg of Trimethopim (Morning and night) and using Clean & Clear facial wash and Aderma moisturiser in the morning. On the evening I used Clean & Clear facial wash with a thin layer of Suedocrem (I mean THIN, like a small pea sized dot on both cheeks and forehead is enough) and then a layer of Nicam gel on the most affected areas - DO NOT APPLY ALL OVER THE FACE OR AFFECTED AREA BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT! You may find you break out alot more in the first few weeks but this is because all the impurities in your skin are being drawn out and it won't matter what treatment you use if it is working you will break out intially in the first 2 weeks, if it progressively gets worse then obviously stop treatment but give it at least 6 weeks. Also if you have severe acne scarring then I suggest buying a Aderma Zinc cream which soothes and calms infected areas.
